 We didn't have a lot of storms this summer, but today's was a doozy. We're safely three floors up from the flowing water, but overland flooding happens quickly around here and gives plenty of reason to stay on high ground. Destiny was very entertained by cars trying to make it through the two feet of water. From our balcony, we watched quite a few make it, until a pizza delivery car got stranded, acting as a bouy to warn other drivers of the dangers ahead.
