Dear Boo-kie, take us through the receipt of 1 Feb 98:

* What the productivity totals mean (eg when wouldn't you get 100% scanning rate?)
* What does Sam say on his gift card?
* Were the totals reset when Shannon Koch *boo hiss* hit the wrong button and printed this out? Would she have landed in the deep doo-doo (make your answer as gruesome as possible)?
