Oh, "that" lawsuit. That was a fake post by an imposter. There was never any lawsuit over that. The initial post was by a Derek imposter, but no one knew it at first & freaked out. And that scoundrel Derek purposely let us twist in the wind by waiting several days before telling us it was a fake. However, later on he did have to make Wal*Mart happy by blurring the (TC?) "code" at the bottom of the receipt, but happily, still no litigation.
