i'm sorry some folks have got their feelings hurt over the big man tate affair. it seems pretty simple to me...
*a 12 year old committed a horrific murder.
*his "mother" should share some of the punishment burden.
*claims of imitating tv wrestling are a defense con.
*he sould be punished but life w/o parole is excessive.
the real question to me is how will society use this experience to insure it doesn't happen again? if we don't, aren't we guilty of apathy in her death?
