Alas, after all those bijou Balmain pubs I [used to] have my lunch in, the Blue Gum would seem like the Grand Parade at the RAS showground - all beef, bulldust and raucous lowing. Come to think of it, that's probably why you go there.

Now, if you were to frequent the Thornleigh HardwareHouse, or even better, the Bella Vista store; with its mistint section of dusty paint tins, racks of old colour charts, and low low prices - then I might be interested.
