I was just a contestant on the NPR game show "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me!" and I won! WOO! Although, I was verrrry nervous, and stuttered too much: I think I was intimidated by the famous NPR personalities on the other end of the phone. :( But, hey, I won, and I talked about the Receipt site! And, getting to be on the radio is always fun, so it wasn't a bad deal or anything. Sue Ellercot said she'd like a Chore Boy, too! FYI: My answers were "Pierre Trudeau", "condoms", and "Boy George". It took me tooooooo many hints, IMHO - I do well when I'm just listening to the show.... If you'd like to listen to the show when it's aired, check with your local Public Radio broadcaster for times & stations. |
