IT is eBay's new marketing scheme...trying to bank on a certain degree of viral marketing, expecting people to be so curious that they need to know what "it" is, IT is simply whatever you're looking for...and the presumption is that you'll find "it" on eBay. Too bad the commercials are neither funny nor intriguing, and are really only meaningful the first time it's seen. IT is not a new product, nor is IT a new service. IT is something eBay has offered for a decade, repackaged in a hipster container. We all know eBay has to change its game if it expects to expand and continue to be a monolithic corporation, but IT is not it.
