I'm wondering if Fargo might need to build some more amusment parks or other recreation areas, judging by the number of people on the Most Wanted List that are wanted for DUI. Maybe the city planners need to support other hobbies ?

Hey now, I was amused at the photos and the number of DUI offenders. Be happy that you don't have a blotter like Chicago or NYC does where you live?
